One-time plans give you credits that never expire — buy once, use forever, perfect for occasional creators. Monthly plans refresh credits every month and offer the best price for active creators. Yearly plans bundle 12 months at ~30% off vs monthly, ideal for committed users who want maximum savings. All three tiers (Basic / Pro / Max) are available in each billing mode, so you can match your usage pattern.

Yes — credits are unified across all 4 AI tools. Generate 50 images this month, then switch to making videos, then narrate with cloned voices — all from the same credit balance. Different operations cost different amounts (a 4K image is cheaper than a 15-second 1080p video, for example), but the pool is fully fungible. The My Works dashboard shows credit cost per generation upfront.

Are AI-generated images, videos, music, and voices royalty-free?

Yes — every paid generation across all 4 tools includes full commercial-use rights and zero watermark. Use them in YouTube videos, TikTok, Instagram Reels, ads, podcasts, audiobooks, e-learning, game soundtracks, and any monetized content without paying additional royalties or licensing fees. Free starter generations are for personal exploration only — upgrade to a paid plan before commercial use.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes — cancel anytime from your account settings. You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which the account reverts to the free tier (with any remaining one-time credit packs intact, since those never expire). No cancellation fee, no questions asked. For refunds of an already-paid period, see our Refund Policy — refunds require remaining credits ≥ credits granted by that purchase, within 3 days of payment.

Will I be charged credits if a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

No — failed generations (server errors, content-policy rejections, blank or distorted outputs) automatically refund credits within minutes across all 4 tools. Successful generations that simply differ from your creative vision are not refunded — that's normal iteration cost, not a system failure. The My Works dashboard logs every refund event for transparency. Paid plans include priority support for any disputed generation.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with conditions. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment via email, and your remaining account credits must be no less than the credits granted by the purchase (i.e., you have not used them yet). Failed generations are automatically refunded credits. Subscription cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle. Subjective dissatisfaction with AI output is not eligible for refund — we strongly recommend trying free starter credits before subscribing. See our full Refund Policy page for details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed via Stripe, supporting major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) plus regional methods that Stripe enables in your country (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others depending on your region). Pricing displays in 12 currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, KRW, CNY, CAD, AUD, NZD, SGD, HKD, INR, CHF) for transparency. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end via Stripe's secure infrastructure.

Can teams or agencies use OVOV?

Yes. All paid tiers (Basic, Pro, Max) include the same core entitlements — full commercial license for all media types, no watermark, priority queue access, all 4 AI tools, and up to 100 cloned voice models. The only difference between tiers is the monthly credit allowance (190 / 650 / 1860 credits per month). Pick the tier that matches your team's monthly usage. Currently we bill per account, not per seat.

How do I get more credits if I run out mid-month?

Accepted Answer

Two options: (1) Buy a one-time credit pack from the Pricing page — these never expire and stack with monthly credits; (2) Wait for next month's refresh on subscription plans. The generator panel shows your current remaining credits and the cost per generation, so you can plan each task.

Are my prompts and uploaded files used to train AI?

Accepted Answer

No — we take privacy seriously. Uploaded samples (voice clones, reference images, reference audio) are encrypted in transit, processed on secure servers, and never shared with third parties or used to train base models. You can delete any voice model, image, or generated work from My Works anytime — once deleted, the asset is permanently removed. Prompts are stored only for your account history and rate-limit accounting; they are never used for model training.

Are my generated works public by default? How do reviews and bonus credits work?

It depends on your plan. Free-tier users have generated works set to public by default — you can browse public works in the community, but cannot opt out without upgrading. Paid users have works set to private by default and can toggle any work to public anytime. When a work is set to public, it enters a pending-review queue and only becomes visible to other users after approval. Paid users earn 2 bonus credits the first time a work is approved. Rejected works remain in your account privately and are simply not shown to others.
