Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to OVOV, the premier platform that aggregates the world's leading AI models for image, video, music, and voice generation. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OVOV. Please read them carefully.

About Our Service

OVOV provides you with access to the world's leading AI models in one unified platform:

  • Text-to-Image Generation: Create images from text descriptions
  • Image-to-Image Generation: Transform and edit images using AI
  • AI Video, Music & Voice: Generate videos, music, and voice content on the same platform
  • Multiple AI Models: Access models from Google (Nano Banana Pro), FLUX, OpenAI, Qwen, ByteDance, and more
  • High-Resolution Output: Generate images up to 4K resolution
  • Credit-Based System: Pay only for what you use with our flexible credit system

You agree to use our service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use OVOV's AI generation services, you must:

  1. Create an Account: Registration is required to access our services
  2. Provide Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration
  3. Be of Legal Age: You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  4. One Account Per User: Each user may maintain only one active account

Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Confidentiality: Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Activities: All activities that occur under your account
  • Notification: Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breach
  • Strong Passwords: Using a strong, unique password for your account

We will never ask for your password. Never share your credentials with anyone.

Account Deletion

  • Deletion Request: To delete your account, please contact us via email at support@ovov.ai
  • Processing Time: We will delete your account within 2-5 business days after receiving your request
  • Effect of Deletion: Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. All account-related content (including generated images, etc.) will be permanently deleted
  • Data Retention: Certain data required by law may continue to be retained for compliance purposes

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Your account remains inactive for an extended period
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities

Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your Generated Images

  • You Own Your Images: All images you generate using OVOV belong to you
  • Commercial Use: You may use your generated images for commercial purposes
  • Download and Share: You control if and when to download or share your images
  • License Grant: By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your images solely for providing the service

Your Uploaded Content

  • Reference Images: You retain all rights to images you upload for image-to-image generation
  • Representation: You represent that you have the right to upload and use any reference images
  • Automatic Deletion: All uploaded reference images are automatically deleted within 24 hours

Platform Intellectual Property

  • Our Platform: All rights, title, and interest in OVOV's platform, technology, and branding remain with OVOV
  • AI Models: We aggregate third-party AI models; intellectual property of these models belongs to their respective owners
  • Trademarks: "OVOV" and our logos are trademarks and may not be used without permission

Prohibited Activities and Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use OVOV to:

Illegal Content

  • Generate, upload, or share images containing illegal content
  • Create images that violate intellectual property rights of others
  • Produce content that promotes illegal activities

Harmful Content

  • Generate images depicting child exploitation or abuse
  • Generate pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive (NSFW) content of any kind, including AI-generated content
  • Create non-consensual sexual or intimate images of real persons
  • Perform face-swapping or face manipulation of real individuals without their consent
  • Produce content intended to harass, threaten, or harm others

Deceptive Practices

  • Generate deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Create fraudulent documents or materials
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent identity

Platform Abuse

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract AI models
  • Circumvent usage limits or credit systems
  • Share account credentials or resell service access
  • Use automated systems to overwhelm our infrastructure
  • Interfere with other users' access to the service

Spam and Commercial Misuse

  • Generate spam or unsolicited commercial content
  • Mass-produce content for resale without proper licensing

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Privacy and Data Handling

OVOV is committed to protecting your privacy:

What We Collect

  • Account information (name, email)
  • AI generation data (prompts, reference images, generated images)
  • Usage information and analytics
  • Payment and billing information

How We Protect Your Data

  • 24-Hour Deletion: Uploaded reference images are automatically deleted within 24 hours
  • Uploaded Content Never Public: Your uploaded reference images are never made public, protecting your privacy
  • No Training Use: We never use your images to train AI models without explicit consent
  • Secure Storage: All data is encrypted and securely stored

Content Visibility

  • Free Users: Generated works are public by default (displayed in community after content review)
  • Paid Users: Generated works are private by default; you can choose to make them public (also requires content review)
  • Uploaded Content: Your uploaded reference images are never publicly displayed and are only used during the generation process

Pricing and Payments

Credit System

  • Credit-Based Billing: OVOV operates on a credit-based system where different AI models and resolutions consume different amounts of credits
  • Transparent Pricing: Credit costs are clearly displayed before each generation
  • Model Flexibility: Choose from various AI models with pricing ranging from 1 to 8 credits per generation

Purchases and Refunds

One-Time Purchase Refund Policy

  • Full Refund Eligibility: Full refunds are available when your account's remaining credits are not less than the credits from the one-time purchase
  • Non-Refundable: If credits used exceed the purchase amount, refunds will not be supported. Thank you for understanding

Subscription Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: Annual and monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time
  • Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle
  • Refund Terms: Subscription refunds follow the same principle as one-time purchases (remaining credits must not be less than the credits granted during the subscription period)

Refund Process

  • How to Request: Refunds must be requested via email at support@ovov.ai
  • Processing Time: We will process your refund request within 3-5 business days after receiving it
  • Refund Timeline: Refund amounts typically take 5-7 business days to be returned via the original payment method

Additional Information

  • Unused Credits: Credits do not expire but are non-transferable
  • Failed Generations: Credits are refunded automatically if generation fails due to technical errors

Price Changes

  • Notice of Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active users
  • Existing Credits: Price changes do not affect credits already purchased

Payment Processing

  • Secure Payments: All payments are processed securely by our PCI-DSS certified payment processor, Waffo Pancake; card data is not stored on our servers.
  • Merchant of Record: Waffo Pancake is the Merchant of Record and reseller for all purchases, and handles order-related inquiries, refunds, and returns.
  • Supported Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as available
  • Billing Information: You agree to provide accurate and current billing information
  • Tax: Prices may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location

Service Availability and Limitations

Service Availability

  • Best Effort: We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
  • Model Availability: AI model availability may vary based on third-party provider status

Usage Limits

  • Fair Use: You agree to use the service in accordance with fair use principles
  • Rate Limiting: We may implement rate limits to prevent abuse
  • Credit Limits: Generation limits apply based on your credit balance

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OVOV PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS:

  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated images for any particular purpose
  • Model Performance: AI model outputs may vary and we do not warrant specific results
  • Third-Party Models: We aggregate third-party AI models and are not responsible for their performance, availability, or outputs
  • No Liability for Content: We are not liable for content generated using our service

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

Excluded Damages

OVOV shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
  • Damages arising from AI-generated content or its use
  • Service interruptions or errors

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to OVOV in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OVOV, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
  • Content you generate, upload, or share using our service
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

This indemnification obligation survives termination of your account and these Terms.

Termination and Suspension

Your Rights

  • Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through account settings
  • Effect of Deletion: Deletion removes all your generated images and account data (subject to legal retention requirements)

Our Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
  • Your account has been inactive for an extended period
  • Required by law, regulation, or court order
  • We discontinue the service (with reasonable notice)

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the service immediately ceases
  • We may delete your generated images and account data
  • Any outstanding credits are forfeited (no refunds)
  • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OVOV operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service:

  1. Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes informally
  2. Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
  3. Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits
  4. Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for intellectual property violations or urgent matters

Jurisdiction

You consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction in which OVOV operates for any actions not subject to arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes to our service or business practices
  • Legal, regulatory, or security requirements
  • Improvements to clarity or readability

Notice of Changes

We will notify you of material changes by:

Acceptance

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OVOV regarding the service.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
